"Packed well and arrived safe"
The package was solid and everything showed up without any damage. The box had a small dent on it, but it wasn’t nothing serious. I can’t say I wasn’t a little worried at first, but the items were totally fine. Overall, good experience, 4 stars...

"Showed in stock, then my order got canceled"
I ordered it because the site said it was in stock, but then a little later they canceled my order anyway. Kind of frustrating because I thought I was all set. Weirdly, I remember I had just made coffee in my blue mug when the cancellation email came through, so that stuck in my head

"Kinda not worth the price"
The prices felt a bit too high for what I ended up getting. The quality was just okay, nothing really stood out or felt special. I was expecting better value for the money, so yeah, I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I’ll be honest, I was kind of suspicious about paying on thetopmark.fr for the first time. I kept waiting for something to feel off, but the checkout looked secure, my card payment went through with the bank confirmation, and the payment email arrived right away. I also checked my account after just in case, and there were no random extra charges. Simple and safe overall, so I’d give it 5 stars

"Kind of regret buying this because of the shipping"

I ordered from thetopmark.fr and overall the communication was just okay. They did reply when I messaged them, but a few answers felt short, and I had to ask twice before I really understood when my delivery was supposed to arrive.

It wasn’t a bad experience, and for the price I can’t complain too much, but clearer updates would make a big difference. If it keeps being a bit vague like this, I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

I asked for a refund after there was an issue with my order, it wasn't no smooth process. The replies took ages, and I kept having to chase them just to get any sort of update.
They kept telling me it was being checked, but nothing really seemed to move along. It wasn't nothing I'd want to deal with again, and I wouldn't order from thetopmark.fr another time

"Works okay, but it definitely tests your patience"
The site gets the job done, but some pages take their sweet time loading. I found myself just sitting there, being forced to practice patience I didn’t sign up for. I also had to dig around longer than expected to find a few things, so it could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Literally really good quality"
I ordered from thetopmark.fr the quality was way better than I expected. It feels solid, looks just like the photos, and literally doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. I’ve been using it for a little while now and everything’s been great so far. Really happy with it

"Sizing felt off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting smaller than I expected. The length was fine, but it was way too tight around the chest, so the size guide didn’t feel very reliable to me. Delivery was okay, but after paying I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole order, and the fit just made that feeling worse. Disappointed overall.

"The prices just didn’t feel right to me"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but the prices on thetopmark.fr felt a bit off. A few items seemed way more expensive than I expected for what they were, and after looking around, I found similar options elsewhere that seemed like a better deal.

Maybe other people see the value in it, and that’s fine, but I didn’t. I was expecting the pricing to feel more reasonable and easier to justify. I don’t think I’d buy from there again.
